School Leadership Team (SLT)

As school leaders, we work together to strategically lead and manage our happy school. We focus on leading, monitoring and developing teaching and learning so that the children have the very best tools to enable them to succeed in life, on a community, national and global scale.

We set the Trust and school's direction and implement the strategies to support it and make sure that St. Newlyn East Learning Academy's values and ethos are clear and that everyone contributes towards it.

We empower our whole team to grow by encouraging them to take on more responsibilities and ensure that they have access to, Trust wide, high quality CPD. This creates a more adaptable team that can work collectively to achieve our goals.
